2 Account Register
To open an account at mu9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or someone else's details is strictly prohibited. mu9 reserves the right to verify your information at any time.
- Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
- The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be genuine and accurate.
- It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact mu9 support immediately.
After registration, mu9 may verify your identity. This process may require a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
3 Age Verification & Eligibility
mu9 strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from opening an account or engaging in gaming. If an account holder is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use mu9. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Mu9 may request age verification documents at any time.
- Parents and guardians should prevent minors from accessing mu9 on their devices.
- Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use mu9.
4 Deposit & Payment Policy
Deposits at mu9 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following rules apply to deposits:
- Minimum deposit: BDT 50 (may vary depending on the payment method).
- The maximum single deposit limit is determined by your payment method and account tier.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

5 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawing winnings from mu9 requires following certain rules. These rules are mandatory for anti-money laundering and user security purposes:
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before processing a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 200.

6 Bonus & Promotions Policy

- The timeframe to complete bonus requirements is generally 7–30 days, depending on the type of bonus.
If bonus abuse is detected, mu9 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances. Please play fair.
7 Gaming Rules
All games on mu9 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. mu9 does not interfere with the results of any game.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets placed for that round will be refunded.
- If your connection drops during a game, the mu9 system automatically records the result.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
- If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, all related bets will be refunded.
- If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, contact support within 24 hours.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mu9 platform. Violations will result in account termination and balance forfeiture:
- Using bots, automated software, or any technical exploit to game the system.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds through the payment system.
- Cheating or colluding with other users.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the mu9 system.

- Processing transactions using another person's payment details.
mu9 reserves the right to take legal action against anyone involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

- Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

10 Account Closure & Suspension
Mu9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

- Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
- Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Before the account is closed, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (excluding bonuses).
